My offerings vary week to week and usually rotate among Purple Karma Barley sourdough, Einkorn-Pepita sourdough, Walnut Red Fife sourdough, Red Fife Raisin sourdough, Deli Rye sourdough, Whole Wheat Oat Porridge, Volkornbrot, Seeded Buckwheat with Fennel and Plum (GF), and traditional Westphalian Pumpernickel (available only on the fourth Saturdays at PSU Market).
